UFC 172 Numbers: Gate, Attendance & Bonuses

UFC 172 went down from Baltimore Saturday night for a great night of fights. Dana White announced that they made $2.3 million in live gate with 13,485 fans packing the Baltimore Arena.

Of course, there was bonuses and all four fighters got 50,000 bucks each in bonuses.

Takanori Gomi and Isaac Vallie-Flagg were named the “Fight of the Night. Gomi def. Vallie-Flagg via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) in the prelim side of UFC 172 on Fox Sports 1.

Joseph Benavidez and Chris Beal each were named “Performance of the Night” winners.

Joseph Benavidez def. Tim Elliott via submission (guillotine choke) at 4:08 of Round 1 to end the prelim side of the card on Fox Sports 1.

As for Chris Beal, he kicked the night off with a win over Patrick Williams via KO (flying knee) at 1:51 of Round 2.

Dana White added that UFC was only behind the Rolling Stones for the second best live gate for the arena.
