Jake Lindsey Steps In For Yosdenis Cedeno, Will Fight Jon Tuck

UFC Fight Night 42

Jake Lindsey (9-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) has replaced injured Yosdenis Cedeno (9-3 MMA, 0-1 UFC) and now meets fellow lightweight Jon Tuck (7-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) at UFC Fight Night 42.

Yosdenis Cedeno has six knockouts and three decision victories in his MMA career. Prior to joining the UFC he was on a six fight winning streak. However, when he made his UFC debut back at UFC 170, he lost to Ernest Chavez via split decision. But is out with an injury.

His replacement will be, Jake Lindsey has four knockout victories, 3 submissions and 2 decision victories in his MMA career. The undefeated fight will be making his UFC debut in this fight. He won his last three fights and all came by first round knockout.

The main event on this card is Benson Henderson vs. Rustam Khabilov.

Jon Tuck, who has three knockouts, three submissions and one decision victories. Prior to joining the UFC, he was on a seven fight winning streak. He made his UFC debut against Norman Parke back in October of 2013, but lost via Unanimous decision.

UFC Fight Night 42 takes place June 7 at Tingley Coliseum in Albuquerque, N.M. One fight will be on Fight Pass, while the prelims and the main card will be served on Fox Sports 1.
