EA SPORTS UFC Gameplay Series presents a full round of action, unleashing champs Jose Aldo and Anthony Pettis inside the Octagon.

Feel the fight as the action, emotion, and intensity inside the Octagon are brought to life like never before. The next generation of MMA fighting begins June 17th when the first EA SPORTS UFC game is released for the Xbox One and the PS4.

Jose Aldo, the UFC’s dominant featherweight champion, will defend his belt in a rematch against top-ranked contender Chad Mendes of Sacramento on Aug. 2 at Staples Center in UFC 176. Aldo (24-1) is the UFC’s second-ranked pound-for-pound fighter. He has won his last 16 fights. He last fought at UFC 169 in February, beating Ricardo Lamas by unanimous decision for the featherweight title. Tickets for UFC 176 go on sale June 13.

Anthony Pettis (17-2 MMA, 4-1 UFC) joined the UFC in 2011 and lost to Clay Guida via Unanimous Decision. He then went on to beat Jeremy Stephens, Joe Lauzon, Donald Cerrone and then for the belt, Benson Henderson. Pettis will meet and coach against Gilbert Melendez coach on the Ultimate Fighter 20 for the Women’s straweight division, which debuts in September on FOX Sports 1 and will crown the first champ in the weight class.
