UFC President Dana White announced the winners following the event which took place from the Vector Arena in Auckland, New Zealand. The entire card streamed on UFC Fight Pass.
Nate Marquardt, Charles Oliveira, Gian Villante and Sean O’Connell each earned $50,000 bonuses for their performances at Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 43 event.
Nate Marquardt came out and showed that he still has a burning fire inside of him. He took the spotlight of the main event and really beat up James Te Huna. He stayed into it and got a armbar victory in the first round.
Charles Oliveira might now have been the dominate guy in this fight, but he did come out of it with a win in his pocket. A very entertaining fight between Charles Oliveira and Hatsu Hioki that was one of the highlights of UFC Fight Night 43.
