UFC Free Fight – Tim Boetsch vs. David Heath

Before Tim Boetsch steps inside the Octagon to take on Brad Tavares this Saturday night at UFC Fight Night 47. We are going to go back and look at Tim Boetsch’s UFC debut against David Heath.

Added as a late replacement on just 10 days notice, Tim Boetsch made his debut with David Heath. Boetsch was a decorated high school wrestler, winning 4 state champions, but it remained to be seen if he had made the full transition to MMA.

UFC Fight Night 47: Bader Vs. Preux goes down this Saturday night (8/16) on Fox Sports 1 and 2. MMA Frenzy will have the latest news leading up to, during and after the event, as well as having the latest and greatest live play-by-play coverage of the event. From the first fight of the prelim side of the card on Fox Sports 2 and to the fight the big fights on the main card that airs on Fox Sports 1. The headlining fight is Ryan Bader vs. Ovince St. Preux, the co-main event will see Gray Maynard vs. Ross Pearson. The event airs from Bangor, Maine at the Cross Insurance Center. The show starts with Frankie Saenz vs. Nolan Ticman at (8 p.m. ET on Fox Sports 2 and then continuing on Fox Sports 1. The real fights with the main card at 10 p.m. ET with Thiago Tavares vs. Robbie Peralta on Fox Sports 1. We will be providing live play-by-play coverage for each fight, as well as having minute to minute updates through the night and after the fights happen. Also, stay tuned for the post event news.
