Former “The Ultimate Fighter 7” cast member Jesse Taylor, perhaps most famous for getting kicked out of the UFC twice, recently announced he be fighting at the July 20th DREAM 10 event in Japan. He announced the bout via his website, as well as his expected opponent Korean Judoka Dong Sik Yoon.
Taylor is comes into the fight after just having defeated Rubén Darío this past weekend at Total Combat 33 in Mexico City. The “The Ultimate Fighter” alum has gone 6-0 since leaving the UFC following a loss to C.B. Dolloway in July, 2008.
Yoon last competed in September of 2008 in a loss to Andrews Nakahara at DREAM 6 as part of the promotions Welterweight Grand Prix. Yoon was later expected to face Murilo “Ninja” Rua at DREAM 8, but was forced to withdraw due to an undisclosed injury. Yoon only has a 4-6 record, but has faced notables Quinton Jackson(L), Kazushi Sakuraba(L), Melvin Manhoef(W), and Gegard Mousasi(L).
