January, 2015, will likely be go down as one of the UFC’s more memorable months in recent years, due to the fact it features not one, but two massive bouts.
Of course, on January 3rd, Jon Jones worked his way to a unanimous decision win over Daniel Cormier, in a grudge match that had a ton of buzz.
Now, on January 31st, Anderson Silva will throw down with Nick Diaz. The fighters aren’t rivals like Jones and Cormier, but they are certainly two of the promotion’s biggest names, who bring it every fight.
Not only that, but at UFC 183, Silva will be fighting for the first time since December, 2013, and Diaz will be competing for the first time since March, 2013.
The UFC has released an extended preview for the event, which you can watch below.
The segment also follows welterweights Tyron Woodley and Kelvin Gastelum, who will battle in the co-headliner.
