Johny Hendricks hasn’t scored a stoppage win in his last five outings, but the last one he did record, was ridiculously impressive / scary.
The stoppage took place in November, 2012, when he bombed out Martin Kampmann with a thunderous left hand. Hendricks did the same, very violent thing to Jon Fitch approximately one year earlier.
Up next, Hendricks is booked to take on Tyron Woodley at UFC 192 on October 3rd. It’s a huge fight for “Bigg Rigg”, as he’ll need a win to lock up another shot at the welterweight belt. If Woodley wins, then chances are he’ll be the one to face the winner of Robbie Lawler – Carlos Condit, which will take place on January 2nd.
