The UFC has lost yet another main event on short notice, as the promotion has announced that Matt Brown will no longer fighter Kelvin Gastelum in the UFC FN 78 headliner.

Gastelum and Brown were supposed to throw down on November 21st in Monterrey, Mexico, however, the latter has incurred an injury. The nature of Brown’s injury wasn’t disclosed in the announcement, but the UFC is reportedly looking for a replacement.

So, obviously this is a significant setback for the UFC, and it takes place not long after it lost its original main event for UFC FN 76. Joe Duffy was supposed to fight Dustin Poirier in the headliner of the Dublin card, but was forced to pull out days before due to a concussion.

UFC FN 78 still includes pivotal match-ups between Diego Sanchez and Ricardo Lamas, and Jussier “Formiga” and Henry Cejudo.
