UFC 194: Conor McGregor Needs Seconds to End Reign of Jose Aldo

If you were hoping for a thrilling, back-and-forth war in the headliner of UFC 194, well, things didn’t go your way.

Yes, Conor McGregor dropped jaws around the world tonight, by knocking Jose Aldo out in just 13 seconds. McGregor floored the featherweight champ with a booming left hook as he tossed his own punch, and finished the fight with a follow up hammer fist.

In the co-headliner, another title changed hands, as middleweight Luke Rockhold took Chris Weidman out with ground-and-pound strikes in round four. Weidman managed to survive a vicious onslaught of punches and elbows from above in round three, but was unable to escape Rockhold’s top game in the following round.
