Kimbo Slice could make his pay-per-view debut against fellow TUF 10 contestant Matt Mitrione at UFC 113, while rising welterweight slugger Paul Daley is likely to square off against Josh Koscheck at the May 1 event at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada, according to reports from Ariel Helwani and MMAjunkie.
After losing to Roy Nelson in the opening round of The Ultimate Fighter 10, Slice (4-1) made his UFC debut in December with a unanimous decision over Houston Alexander. Mitrione (1-0), a former NFL player, made his MMA debut with a second-round knockout of Marcus Jones at The Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale.
Daley (23-8-2) made his UFC debut in September with a first-round knockout of Martin Kampmann, and won his fourth-straight at UFC 108 with a first-round KO of Dustin Hazelett, while Koscheck bounced back from an upset loss to Paulo Thiago last February with back-to-back wins over Frank Trigg in September and Anthony Johnson in November.
UFC 113 has yet to be officially announced, but is expected to be headlined by the anticipated rematch between UFC light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida and Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and is also reported to include Quinton “Rampage” Jackson vs. Rashad Evans, Patrick Cote vs. Alan Belcher, Jeremy Stephens vs. Sam Stout, and Jonathan Goulet vs. Marcus Davis.
