So now that Conor McGregor’s undefeated UFC run has come to halt, is the featherweight champ going to be a bit more reserved? Well, it certainly doesn’t look that way…
Turns out yesterday was the third year, anniversary of McGregor’s arrival in the UFC. On April 6th, 2013, the Irish fighter took out Marcus Brimage in the opening round at UFC on FUEL TV 9 (those cards already seem like ancient history no?). As we all know, it was only the beginning of McGregor’s meteoric rise into super stardom.
Well, to celebrate, and or remind folks of what he’s accomplished, McGregor tweeted out the following comment.
3 years ago today, I began my crusade to take all you bums from 5 figure paydays to multi seven figure paydays.
And not even a thank you.

Classic McGregor. The outspoken fighter is booked to rematch Nate Diaz at UFC 200 on July 9th, after the latter submitted him at UFC 196 on March 5th.
