James Te Huna Suffered Broken Arm in UFC 110 Win Over Igor Pokrajac

James Te HunaA broken arm wasn’t enough to prevent UFC newcomer James Te Huna from earning his first win inside the Octagon at Saturday’s UFC 110 in Sydney, Australia, as the New Zealand native scored a third-round TKO of fellow light heavyweight Igor Pokrajac on the event’s preliminary card.

According to MMA Fanhouse,  Te Huna “injured his arm in the second round, possibly while attempting to block a Pokrajac kick” but was apparently unaware of the injury until after the fight. He will reportedly only be sidelined “several weeks”.

Te Huna (12-4), who trains out of Sydney, has now won six-straight fights since 2007, including a first-round knockout of fellow recent UFC pickup Anthony Perosh in his previous bout in August.
