The fight card for UFC Fight Night 21 is nearing completion, as lightweights Rob Emerson and Nik Lentz have agreed to fight on the preliminary card of the March 31 event in Charlotte, North Carolina, according to MMAjunkie.
Emerson (9-8), a castmember on The Ultimate Fighter 5, rebounded from back-to-back losses with a unanimous decision over Phillipe Nover in February at UFC 109, which improved his UFC record to 3-2.
Lentz (17-3-2) pushed his win streak to seven-straight with a unanimous decision over Rafaello Oliveira in September, before fighting to a draw against Thiago Tavares in January.
UFC Fight Night 21, which airs live on Spike ahead of The Ultimate Fighter 11 debut, is headlined by the UFC debut of Takanori Gomi vs. fellow lightweight contender Kenny Florian, and also features Roy Nelson vs. Stefan Struve, Nate Quarry vs. Jorge Rivera, and Ross Pearson vs. Dennis Siver.
