In advance of his rematch with Nate Diaz at UFC 202, it looks like Conor McGregor has enlisted the help of 22 year-old, BJJ black belt, Dillon Danis.

Recently the rising grappler, who earned his black under jiu-jitsu god, Marcelo Garcia, posted a photo of himself standing alongside McGregor. The latter’s coach, John Kavanagh, has also posted pics of Danis training with the Straight Blast Gym team.

In a follow up report from Flo Grappling, Danis confirmed that he had been in talks with McGregor previously, and that now “the time was right”.

McGregor was submitted by Diaz at UFC 196 in March, after the bout hit the ground in round two. Diaz is a black belt under Cesar Gracie. UFC 202 will take place on August 20th.
