Recently Mark Hunt alleged that Brock Lesnar is “juiced to the gills”, and not surprisingly, the latter doesn’t seem to care for the comments.
After it was revealed that Lesnar was not going to be held to the UFC’s four month, notification policy for drug testing, Hunt made it clear he wasn’t happy about it. The two are scheduled to fight at UFC 200, July 9th, but because Lesnar’s UFC return didn’t get booked until recently, the policy was waived.
At the time, Hunt stated “I don’t think it’s a great move. I think he’s juiced to the gills — and I still think I’m going to knock him out…”
Well, during a recent media call to promote UFC 200, here is what the former heavyweight champ had to say about Hunt’s statements (quote via MMA Fighting.com):
“I’ve been dealing with that my entire life,” said Lesnar. “I’m a white boy and I’m jacked — deal with it. What do you want me to say? I’m a white boy and I’m jacked. Deal with it.”
It’s pretty hard to argue that the pro-wrestling star is ‘jacked’. Further, 99.9% of the folks on this planet would be happy to ‘deal with it’, if that was the option Lesnar presented them. When you’re one of the most feared strikers in combat sports, like Hunt is, however, chances are you’re going to express yourself…
Lesnar will be fighting for the first time since 2011 at the July 9th card. Hunt, meanwhile, took out Frank Mir this past March.
UFC 200 will be hosted by the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
