Undefeated Brazlian lightweight Charles Oliveira is expected to sign a multi-fight deal with the UFC and will likely make his Octagon debut in the near future, MMAjunkie recently reported.
Oliveira (12-0) made his MMA debut in early-2008 with three-straight stoppage victories in an eight-man, one night tournament in Brazil and has since improved to 12-0 while going to decision just once.
“do Bronx” has fought almost exclusively in Brazil, but made his U.S. debut last April with a first-round submission win at a Ring of Combat event in New Jersey, and most-recently won a Warriors Challenge tournament in February with a pair of opening round wins.
An opponent for his debut has yet to be confirmed.
