In the headliner, heavyweight champ Stipe Miocic will take on Alistair Overeem.

After the final bell, there was little doubt that Rivera had won, and he was awarded the UD win.

Travis Browne vs. Fabricio Werdum
The opening moments of the bout were definitely memorable. Not long after Werdum came out with a flying sidekick to the face, Browne waved to the ref that there was something wrong with his hand. It looked like he may have dislocated a finger, but he assured the doctors he could continue. Really, the fight should have been stopped, since Browne, not the ref, stopped the action.
For the remainder of the fight, Werdum outscore Browne with strikes and he won via unanimous decision. After the bout, Werdum had words with Browne’s coach Edmond Tarverdyan in the Octagon, and he appeared to kick at the latter. Thankfully cooler heads prevailed.

Miocic was sent to the deck early on by short left hand, but the heavyweight champ recovered and proceeded to stun Overeem with punches of his own. After both men proceeded to land more hard shots, Miocic took Overeem down, and finished him with punches from above.
