The prelims are over for UFC Fight Night 95, so it’s time to move to the main card, and the headliner between Lina Lansberg and Cris “Cyborg”.

Mike De La Torre vs. Godofredo Pepey
Pepey came out firing and cracked De La Torre with a spinning kick to the head. De La Torre managed to recover and fire back strikes of his own, but Pepey kept coming with a barrage of shots. After Pepey took the bout to the mat, he was able to secure a fight ending, rear-naked-choke not long after.

Thiago “Marreta” Santos vs. Eric Spicely
Spicely made it immediately clear that he wanted to take the fight down, and he was able to do just that. Santos was able to defend a couple of different submission attempts, but eventually Spicely took his back in a scramble, and locked in a rear-naked-choke for the finish. Impressive, impressive win for Spicely.

Paul Felder vs. Francisco Trinaldo
In round one, Trinaldo came out firing heavy shots and Felder largely looked to counter. Although neither man appeared to land any big time strikes, Trinaldo controlled more of the action. In round two, Trinaldo took the fight down and maintained top position for much of the frame. In addition, Trinaldo opened a cut over the right eye of Felder with an elbow from above. In round three, some big lefts from Trinaldo turned the cut on Felder into a sizeable gash, and the fight was stopped. Another big win for Trinaldo.

Roy Nelson vs. Antonio Silva
Silva came out firing the occasional kick to the legs and body of Nelson. The latter, as he’s known to do, kept coming with his big right. Nelson was able to land a couple of big punches but Silva seemed unfazed. In round two, Silva continued to throw kicks while Nelson looked to close the distance, and plant the right hand. As the round neared it’s end, Nelson floored Silva with a huge right. Nelson followed up with several more big punches, and the fight was done. Afterwards, Nelson made it clear that he thought “Big” John McCarthy didn’t stop the fight soon enough.

Renan Barao vs. Phillipe Nover
Nover kept busy with his jab in the opening round, while Barao fired in plenty of leg kicks and the occasional combination. Both men were able to land some solid punches, but Barao appeared to find the mark more often. In round two, Barao’s read on Nover’s range improved, and the former 135 champ won even more of the striking exchanges. The Brazilian star also scored a takedown to close out the round. Nover picked up the pace in round three, but Barao mixed in some takedowns, and went on to win the decision.

Cris “Cyborg” vs. Lina Lansberg
Cyborg came with a ton of pressure and pushed Lansberg to the fence. For a couple of minutes, Cyborg controlled the action along the cage and worked Lansberg over with knees to the body. Eventually Cyborg scores the takedown and moved into mount. Cyborg landed some shots from above, but Lansberg got back to her feet. Cyborg poured on some heavy punches that bloodied Lansberg before the round ended. In round two, Cyborg immediately closed the distance and punished Lansberg with big punches. Cyborg proceeded to take Lansberg to the mat again and the latter absorbed more punches. Finally, referee Mario Yamasaki rescued a bloodied Lansberg from taking anymore punishment.
