Frankie Edgar vs. Yair Rodriguez
Rodriguez fired some kicks in Edgar’s direction early on, but the former lightweight champ kept moving forward and scored a TD. For the remainder of the first round, Rodriquez ate elbows and punches from above, and his left eye was badly swollen. Edgar took Rodriguez done again with a nice chain of wrestling in round two, but the latter countered with kneebar attempt. Edgar worked his way out, however, and resumed punishing the featherweight with ground-and-pound strikes. Rodriguez’s left eye was a mess, and after the doctor’s look him over, the fight was called. Impressive win for Edgar.

Moments before the round ended, the action went to the ground, with Masvidal landing some shots from above. Masvidal blasted away at Maia with kicks at the beginning of round two, but after several failed TD attempts, Maia took the fight down. The second round ended with Maia landing punches from above. Joanna Jedrzejczyk vs. Jessica Andrade
Jedrzejczyk kept busy with kicks and jabs early on, but Andrade scored a couple of takedowns and left the champ with a huge hematoma above her right eye. In round two, Jedrzejczyk maintained her range much better, and began to pick Andrade apart with strikes. Right before the second rounded ended, Jedrzejczyk cracked Andrade with a kick to the head. Rounds three, four and five saw more of the same, as Jedrzejczyk dominated the action with her kickboxing. Andrade kept coming throughout the fight, but a clear cut win for Jedrzejczyk.
Joanna Jedrzejczyk def. Jessica Andrade via unanimous decision (50-45, 50-44, 50-45)
Stipe Miocic vs. Junior Dos Santos
Dos Santos planted a couple of hard kicks to the calf of Miocic early on, but the heavyweight champ continued to press forward. Not long after, Miocic floored JDS with a booming right hand, and after follow up shots from above, the fight was called. Another, quick win for the champ.
