It’s been nearly a year since Amanda Nunes became a UFC champion, and recently the promotion posted the bout where she took the 135 crown.
That fight went down at UFC 200, which took place on July 9th last summer. Nunes faced Miesha Tate, who had shocked the world in March, by choking out Holly Holm to become champ.
Well, a lot of people believed Nunes would pose a very stiff test for Tate, but not too many folks predicted what unfolded. Nunes needed less than four minutes to finish the rugged vet.
You can watch the fight below.
Nunes is preparing to face Valentin Shevchenko at UFC 213, July 8th.
