Conor McGregor and Bellator aren’t mentioned in the same sentence too often, but due to the UFC lightweight champ’s actions today at Bellator 187, that’s all changed.
As you can see by watching the video clips below, McGregor jumped the cage to congratulate his teammate Charlie Ward, after he recorded a stoppage win. McGregor wasn’t a cornerman, however, and officials, including referee Marc Goddard intervened. The Irish star proceeded to flip out at Goddard, and a video TMZ Sports has posted, appears to show McGregor slapping at another official moments later.
As you may recall, at UFC Fight Night 118, Goddard had officials keep McGregor in check, for moving around the Octagon and coaching his teammate, Artem Lobov.
