Sengoku 14 Results: Jorge Santiago Outlasts Kazuo Misaki to Retain Title

Jorge SantiagoSengoku middleweight champ Jorge Santiago outlasted challenger Kazuo Misaki and scored a TKO with less than 30-seconds left in the fifth and final round to retain the title in the main event of Sengoku 14 on Sunday in Tokyo, Japan.

In a “Fight of the Year” contender, Misaki outpointed Santiago over the first four rounds to take a lead on the scorecards into the fifth, but Santiago dominated the final round and forced Misaki’s corner to throw in the towel.
