Any sort of physical explanation (i.e. chemical imbalance in the brain) or psychological disorder confirmed by the state's shrink is going to go a long way to determining what, if anything, he is charged with. Based on how he has fought - insanely well one fight, sluggish and slow and almost unmotivated the next - I have long wondered if he isn't bi-polar and either in denial or even undiagnosed. Lets see.. he'll get a hit and run charge, evading law enforcement, a charge for every traffic law he broke (speeding, running lights, reckless driving, reckless endangerment, etc...), and there is always the possibility of a manslaughter charge stemming from the miscarriage. Ouch. Anyone else remember the episode of TUF when Rampage told his team to "push him off you like you in prison and he tryin' to get your booty"? He might find that move very useful soon.
