Brock Lesnar vs. Alistair Overeem
Round 1 – Lesnar and Overeem meet at the center of the Octagon and Lesnar opens the action with a pair of soft leg kicks. Lesnar ducks Overeem’s early right hook. Lesnar grabs a leg for a takedown, but Overeem scrambles away. Lesnar continues to fire leg kicks. Overeem with a big knee to the body in the clinch. They separate, then clinch again and Overeem lands several more big knees to the body. Lesnar falls to the canvas from a kick to the body and covers up and Overeem swarms with punches for the first-round TKO.

Donald Cerrone vs. Nate Diaz
Round 1 – Cerrone rushes to the center of the Octagon and both misses with wild punches. Diaz gets Cerrone under control and looks for a takedown, but Cerrone stays on his feet. Diaz knees the body before Cerrone lands a punch as he escapes. Cerrone shrugs off another arm triangle set up. Diaz’s punches are getting through early as Cerrone can’t find the mark with his won. Diaz snaps Cerrone’s head back as more punches get through. Cerrone sneaks in a head kick, but Diaz picks him apart with combinations for the rest of the round. MMAFrenzy.com scores the first for Diaz 10-9.
Round 2 – Diaz picks right back up with punches to start the second. Cerrone chops him down with a leg kick, but lets him back up. Diaz lands with more punches before Cerrone kicks his legs out again. Diaz briefly gets behind Cerrone, but they go back to trading punches. Diaz connects with more punches and Cerrone answers with a head kick, but slips and both fighters return to their feet. Cerrone counters Diaz’ combinations and finally connects with solid punches. Diaz stalks forward, but Cerrone doing a better job blocking them in this round. The pace slows with 90 seconds left as Cerrone trips Diaz again, but refuses to go to the ground. Cerrone slips as Diaz peppers him with more combinations in the final seconds. MMAFrenzy.com scores a closer second for Diaz again 10-9, putting him up 20-18.
Round 3 – Diaz flips off Cerrone before the start of the third. Diaz finds the mark with combinations early in the final round. Cerrone finds the mark with some counters, but Diaz continues to connect with combinations. Cerrone knees the body, weathers some more combos, then trips Diaz again but won’t follow him to the ground. Another knee by Cerrone, but Diaz pours on more punches. Cerrone kicks out the legs again, but Diaz goes back to work with combinations. Cerrone counters, but is clearly being outstruck. Cerrone misses with a flying knee with 45 seconds to go. Diaz pummels Cerrone with more punches. Cerrone misses with a head kick and Diaz finishes with another flurry of punches. Cerrone and Diaz shake hands after the fight ends. Jon Fitch vs. Johny Hendricks
Round 1 – Hendricks drops Fitch with his first punch of the fight and follows it up with another once he hits the ground for a lightning quick knockout. Fitch tries to wrestle the referee following the finish.

Vladimir Matyushenko vs. Alexander Gustafsson
Round 1 – Gustafsson and Matyushenko meet in the center of the Octagon and look for openings. Matyushenko misses with a big punch and slips, but Gustafsson doesn’t take advantage. Matyushenko grabs a kick and unloads some punches before letting go. Both fighters struggle to find their target before Gustafsson drops Matyushenko with a jab and finishes him with punches on the ground as Matyushenko covers up.

Nam Phan vs. Jim Hettes
Round 1 – Phan and Hettes move to the center of the Octagon and Hettes immediately sweeps Phan to the ground. Phan scrambles back to his feet, but Hettes stays on his back and drags him back down. Hettes connects with some ground and pound before Phan stands back up. Hettes grabs a guillotine, but gives it up in favor of ground and pound the overwhelms Phan. Phan gives up his back and Hettes sets a hook, then postures up for more punches. Phan scrambles up again and escapes a clinch. Hettes gets Phan into a clinch and hip tosses him to the canvas. Hettes gets mount and drops a few elbows before going for an armbar. Phan locks his hands to defend the submission, but Hettes looks to soften him up with punches anywhere he can land. Hettes can’t get the arm free and switches to more hard ground and pound before the round ends. MMAFrenzy.com scores the round for Hettes 10-8.
Round 2 – Hettes gets Phan down again early in the second and goes back to work with ground and pound. Phan threatens with a leg lock, but Hettes escapes and grabs an arm triangle. Hettes can’t lock it up and goes for mount instead, but Phan reverses and tries to get in Hettes’ guard. Hettes gets back to his feet, into the clinch, and connects with punches and knees to the body. Phan escapes, but Hettes closes in and gets another takedown. Phan stands back up, but it’s Hettes who connects with more punches before taking Phan down again. Hettes pummels Phan with more ground and pound and they finishes the round fighting for position in the clinch. The second wasn’t as dominant, but Hettes clearly takes the round 10-9 to go up 20-17.
Round 3 – Hettes takes Phan down again to start the final round, but can’t do much with it before Phan works back to his feet. Hettes quickly drags him back down, but Phan stands again and they trade punches near the fence. Phan connects with a body shot, but Hettes closes in and gets another takedown. Hettes with ground and pound from side control before switching to a submission, but Phan survives. Hettes postures up and drops big punches from the top. Hettes explodes with another burst of punches before the fight ends. MMAFrenzy.com scores the third for Hettes 10-9 to give him the fight 30-26.
