The major UFC announcement that will reportedly “rock the MMA world” and indicate where the MMA business is going over the next five years, which UFC President Dana White first revealed last week, will be made next week on Tuesday, June 17th, according to a report by Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer.
The announcement was originally to be made tomorrow.

In an appearance yesterday on CNBC’s “Power Lunch” White denied nearly every rumor which had been circulating about the deal. Among the rumors White publicly denied were a partnership with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), the signing of recently-retired star boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr., a UFC television deal on FOX, ABC, ESPN, or any other network, and the UFC going public.
