Bellator 69 Lineup Set; Will Host Two Tourney Bouts

Next week’s Bellator 69 fight card is complete with the addition of two season six tournament match ups.

The nine-fight event will take place at L’Auberge du Lac Casino Resort in Lake Charles, Louisiana on Friday, May 18. As usual, the main card will air on MTV2 with the preliminary card set to air on

At the top of the card, middleweight tournament finalists Maiquel Falcao and Andreas Spang will finish what they started at Bellator 66 with the in-cage staredown/scuffle. The winner will be facing off against Alexander Shlemenko to fill the vacant title left in Hector Lombard’s absence.

In welterweight tourney action, semifinalists Karl Amoussou and David Rickels will be squaring off to see who meets Bryan Baker on the other side of the bracket.

The main card will also host a women’s 115lbs fight between Jessica Aguilar and Megumi Fujii, as well as a heavyweight titl between Ron Sparks and Kevin Asplund. Check out the full lineup below.
