UFC: Nottingham Lineup Set With 12 Fights

The UFC’s return to England on September 29 at the Capital FM Arena in Nottingham, England, for their fifth offering Fuel TV, has seen the full card set with 12 bouts now made official.

Headlining the bill is heavyweight prospect Stipe Miocic as he takes his first step up in competition to face Stefan Struve in a promising tilt. Both men were most recently featured on UFC 146, where “The Skyscraper” continued to roll with a first-round submission victory over Lavar Johnson, while the Croatian-American mashed up Shane Del Rosario en route to a TKO stoppage in the second period.

Also on the marquee is a what promises to be an exciting welterweight kickboxing match-up between popular Brit Dan Hardy, who makes his homecoming against The Ultimate Fighter 7 winner Amir Sadollah. “The Outlaw” recently snapped a four-fight skid by knocking out highly touted kickboxer Duane Ludwig at UFC 146. Sadollah most recently rebounded from a poor showing against the aforementioned Ludwig by taking a split decision victory over Jorge Lopez at UFC on Fuel 3.
