The preliminary UFC ratings for their sixth foray on the Fox Network are nothing short of great for the promotion. The UFC dominated Saturday’s ratings with around 3.77 million viewers tuning for last weekend’s showing. TVbythenumbers.com released the preliminary ratings for the show earlier this week.
The UFC ratings were the third highest for the promotion on the Fox network and saw an increase in the key 18-49 male demographic. These numbers are likely to increase once the DVR numbers are factored in along with the overtime numbers from the shows run over time.
UFC on Fox 6 aired this past Saturday and contained a very strong showing from the fighters on the card topped off by an exciting flyweight title fight between champion Demetrious Johnson and John Dodson. The card was also bolstered by the final appearance of strong UFC draw Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and rising UFC star Anthony Pettis.
[Updated] Veteran MMA reported Kevin Iole tweeted the final UFC on Fox 6 numbers earlier today and the numbers increased like expected.
