UFC middleweight champ Anderson Silva, fresh off his underwhelming injury TKO victory over Patrick Cote on Saturday at UFC 90, is already eyeing a return and, if he could have his way, it’d come next month.
“[Anderson Silva’s] flipping out. He wants to fight again, like, on Nov. 15,” UFC President Dana White told the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “He’s (upset) about his performance and he wants to fight again immediately.”
Though fighting in under a months time is almost certainly out of the question, Silva could return for a light heavyweight matchup at UFC 92 in December or, perhaps most likely, battle Chuck Liddell in the headlining bout of UFC 95 on February 21st in London.
