German Best Team member and 13-1 mixed martial artist Tomasz Drwal will make his UFC debut in September at UFC 75 against Thiago Silva.
Taking his first and only MMA loss in just his second career fight, Drwal hasn’t lost in nearly 3 years racking up 12 straight wins. He boasts an explosive combination of techniques coming into his first UFC fight with 8 (T)KO wins and 3 submission victories. Only 2 of his fights have gone to decision, both at the same event. He has fought exclusively in Europe primarily in Fight Club Berlin and Colosseum events.
Silva brings an undefeated, 10-0 mixed martial arts record into the fight, his second in the UFC. Silva made his debut in May defeating James Irvin after Irvin’s knee was severely injured in a toss attempt by Silva. Silva too has an abundance of T(KO) wins, racking up 8 in his first 10 MMA fights.
Don’t expect this fight to go the distance as two serious strikers lock horns and look stop the fight early.
