Velasquez Smashes “Bigfoot”

Tonight’s rematch between UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez and Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva may have looked a little different than their first meeting, but the result was the same. Velasquez would catch Silva moving in with a left-right combo that caught Silva advancing. Velasquez would quickly pounce with powerful followup shots that forced the referee to intervene.

While “Bigfoot” would protest, he was clearly in big trouble as the AKA product was teeing off on the Brazilian.

Rd. 1- Bigfoot evades an early takedown attempt. Right by Velasquez and he evades a Bigfoot counter.Nice legkick by the champ. Left hand to a massive right hand by Velasquez catches the Brazilian moving in and he is all over Bigfoot and the fight is called. Bigfoot protests but he was in big trouble.
