Unless you’ve been on an internet cleanse, chances are you heard about the flurry of discussion Ronday Rousey recently set off, by saying she could be done fighting in a couple of years. Since Rousey has been landing some movie roles lately and is becoming a main stream star, it prompted some fans to declare she’s gone the Gina Carano route (despite the fact Rousey has yet to be defeated).

Not surprisingly, UFC boss man Dana White was asked about Rousey’s recent comments and her Hollywood prospects at media event this week. When asked if he sees Rousey retiring in two years, White stated¬†“There’s no way in hell”, before adding (quote via MMA

“I don’t care what Hollywood offers, they’re ain’t paying what we’re paying,” White said.¬†“These guys, when they go out and make a movie, they’re not paying what we are.”

White said the same thing when “Rampage” Jackson landed a role on “The A-Team” and was hoping to land more acting gigs. After Rousey made the statements, she apparently caught flack from some folks, and angrily fired back via Twitter. White was also asked to comment on her response.

“If you want to be on Twitter, get ready,” White said. “Put your big-girl boots on. Get ready, because s— coming at you. Any time you’re in the public, with social media, and the internet or anywhere else, people are going to say stupid shit to you. No matter what, it’s going to happen. You can’t snap and flip out on everybody any time they do. She’ll learn that, she’s still young.”

Of course, no one knows what the future holds for Rousey’s fighting or acting career, other than that she’ll throw down with Miesha Tate for a second time on December 28th.
