UFC 164 drew an attendance of 9,178 with a live gate of $907,116 at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. UFC president Dana White announced the preliminary number at the UFC 164 Post-Fight Press Conference.
Last night’s card saw hometown fighter Anthony Pettis win the UFC lightweight title after submitting Benson Henderson in the night’s main event. Former UFC heavyweight champion Josh Barnett would end his eleven exile by crushing fellow former champ Frank Mir in the co-main event.
The UFC’s previous trip to the Bradley Center, for UFC on Versus 5, drew 6,751 fans for a gate of $539,000 back in 2011. The Wisconsin Boxing Board will likely release the final UFC 164 attendance numbers later this week.
