Round 1: Luke with a nice mix of strikes, a feeling out process early. Vasconcelos more on the defense and not throwing anything in the opening minute. Vasconcelos misses misses with a hook, Luke with strikes and kicks. Luke is getting inside, Vasconcelos is defending well. Vasconcelos lands a left hook of a counter strike. Vasconcelos is pressuring, but nothing for concern. With a minute thirty to go, Vasconcelos starts landing more. The last forty seconds left, they start swinging for the fences and all the way to the bell.

Round 2: Luke lands a big right hand, but Vasconcelos stays calm and continues to fire away. Vasconcelos lands a head kick, but slips. Luke appears to get poked in the eye, but is fine. Luke is using his range nice, while Vasconcelos is getting inside better. That is the name of the game. Vasconcelos attempts for a waist lock takedown, but Luke shrugs him off. Luke lands a left hook counter that stumbles Vasconcelos, but he recovers well. Vasconcelos lands a body kick then a nice combo. They exchange to end the round.

Round 3: Vasconcelos comes out and he is showing urgences on his part. Vasconcelos misses a strong body hook, leg kick caught and is backing down. Vasconcelos goes for a takedown, but blocked and Luke goes back to striking at one minute in. Vasconcelos with a leg kick, but Luke trips him down and they go back to standing. Luke lands a good jab and then a over the top right. Vasconcelos lands a body kick, They exchange to end the fight….
