Co-main event lightweight Tony Ferguson gets his gear in order before heading to the park for an old school workout, and his opponent, local boy Danny Castillo, trains at his home gym with the object of his desire always in sight. UFC Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog series focusing on the days leading up to the UFC 177 bantamweight title rematch, Saturday, August 30th on Pay-Per-View.

From the first fight of the prelim side of the card on Fight Pass. The main event will be TJ Dillashaw Vs. Renan Barao, the co-main event will see Danny Castillo vs. Tony Ferguson. The event airs from the Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento, Calif. The show starts with Cain Carriozsa vs. Chris Wade at 7:30 p.m. ET on Fight Pass. The rest of the prelim side of this card starts at 8 p.m. ET on Fox Sports 1 with Joe Soto vs. Anthony Birchak. The real fights with the main card at 10 p.m. ET with Damon Jackson vs. Yancy Medeiros on pay-per-view.
