Episode three for UFC 180 “Embedded” is up, and it is arguably the most interesting one for this Saturday’s event yet.

The video features highlights from the open workouts in Mexico City, and behind the scenes footage of fighters training, but it also includes a pretty funny bit from Ricardo Lamas.

While speaking to the press about his plan to be more vocal moving forward, Lamas was asked if that means doing a shtick, or just relaying his opinions. The featherweight said it’s more of the latter, before impersonating Conor McGregor and insulting the brash star….It’s worth a look.

The vid also includes a memorable exchange between Fabricio Werdum and his teammate Orlando Sanchez, who plays the part of Dana White for a few moments. This is also worth some of your time.

UFC 180 will go down at the Mexico City Arena tomorrow night, and will feature Fabricio Werdum battling Mark Hunt for the interim heavyweight title.
