There’s a reason that pretty much every bout involving Matt Brown winds up on people’s ‘must see’ lists, and that’s because “The Immortal” is one of the most aggressive and dangerous fighters in the game. From February, 2012, through May, 2014, Brown won seven straight fights and scored stoppages in six of them…Now that’s how you build a fan base.

As Brown’s highly anticipated bout with Johny Hendricks nears, the UFC has released a “Why I Fight” segment for the welterweight contender (which is posted below). Not surprisingly, Brown relays in the video that he loves to fight. Brown also weighs-in on his rep for being a ‘technical brawler’, as well as the abilities of the former champ Hendricks.

UFC 185 will go down at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas, and in the main event lightweight champ Anthony Pettis will take on Rafael dos Anjos.
