Uriah Hall’s certainly trying his best to make 2015 a very memorable campaign, as the middleweight has already booked his next bout, after stopping Gegard Mousasi last weekend.

The punishing striker has agreed to step in for Michael Bisping at UFC 193, who it was recently withdrawn from the November 15th card due to injury. Bisping was scheduled to fight Robert Whittaker.

The change was reported by Australia’s News.com and the UFC has confirmed the fight. UFC 193 will go down at the Etihad Stadium in Melbourne.

Following Hall’s (12-5) highlight reel, finish of Mousasi, he’s jumped up into the #10 spot in the promotion’s 185 rankings. Whittaker (14-4), who is coming off a KO win over Brad Tavares, is currently ranked #14.

While Bisping fans (or haters) are likely disappointed he’s not on the card anymore, Hall-Whittaker definitely has potential.

UFC 193 will be headlined by a bantamweight fight between champion Ronda Rousey and Holly Holm.
