If you’re relatively new to MMA, and haven’t combed through the archives of Fight Pass, then you might not fully understand why hardcore fans and pundits heap praise on Dominick Cruz.

Sure, you might have seen Cruz storm through Takeya Mizugaki, and you’ve looked at his record, but if you haven’t watched some of his greatest fights, it’s hard to understand all the buzz.

One of Cruz’s biggest and most impressive wins took place in 2011, when he avenged his only loss ever, by decisioning Urijah Faber. That’s right, since Faber tapped Cruz out in 2007, the former bantamweight champ has won 11 straight and defeated stars like Demetrious Johnson, Joseph Benavidez, and Faber long the way.

You can watch Cruz – Faber II below.

Up next, Cruz will challenge reigning champ TJ Dillashaw at UFC FN 81 next Sunday.
