It continues to look like we’ll see the return of Jon Jones in the not too distant future, and the controversial fighter has sent a warning shot to the UFC’s light-heavyweight division via Twitter.

If you missed it, recently Jones’ lawyer Howard Jacobs reported that tests confirm a product “Bones” took was contaminated with hydroxy-clomiphene and Letrozole, the substances he tested positive for prior to UFC 200. Since other fighters have received reduced suspensions, in cases where a product wasn’t correctly labelled with its ingredients, the consensus is that Jones could be eligible to return soon.

Well, Jones has taken plenty of heat in recent weeks as a result of his USADA flag, and recently the decorated fighter tweeted out a flurry of jabs / comments.

So, it will be interesting to see how these comments are received by fans and other fighters. One thing is certain, when Jones comes back, chances are he’ll have a huge / challenging fight waiting for him. Cormier will look to defend the 205 title against Anthony Johnson on December 10th at UFC 206.
