It looks like the UFC’s upcoming card in Detroit could feature a pivotal fight at 125.

According to a report from MMA Fighting, sources have told the outlet that the UFC is hooping to have Sergio Pettis fight Henry Cejudo at the December 8th event.

Pettis (16-2) outscored Brandon Moreno for the decision in his last bout, and has won four in a row.

Cejudo (11-2), meanwhile, stopped Wilson Reis in his last fight, which followed losses to Demetrious Johnson and Joseph Benavidez.

So, if that fight gets signed, that will be nice addition to UFC 218. Cejudo is currently ranked #2 in the flyweight division, and Pettis is #4.

The upcoming card will be hosted by the Little Ceasers Arena in Detroit.
