It’s been a rough couple of days for MMA fans, as now Matt Brown’s confirmed that he’s no longer fighting Carlos Condit at UFC on FOX 29, after injuring his knee.

As the fans and observers were still reeling from the news that Tony Ferguson will no longer fight Khabib Nurmagomedov this Saturday at UFC 222, Brown confirmed that he’s torn his ACL. As a result, he’s out of his highly anticipated, April 14th fight with Condit.

Hopefully Brown has a speedy recovery and this bout gets rebooked down the line. As a result of Ferguson’s withdrawal from UFC 223, Max Holloway will now fight Nurmagomedov for the lightweight title.
