Zabit Magomedsharipov scored another, memorable win at UFC 228 on Saturday night, and afterwards, the rising featherweight relayed he’s interested in facing the legend, Jose Aldo.

Magomedsharipov took on Brandon Davis at the event, who stepped in on short notice for the injured Yair Rodriguez. Although Davis offered Magomedsharipov plenty of resistance in round one, in the following frame, the heralded prospect ended the bout with a highlight reel, knee bar.

After the fight, Magomedsharipov spoke with the UFC’s Megan Olivi, and while doing so, he explained why he’s interested in fighting Aldo or Chad Mendes next. You can check it out below.

With the win Saturday, Magomedsharipov’s record now stands at 16-1.
